I personally prefer the ones without the open escapement. Awesome watches and a beautiful movement!
I went to check out the el premero’ for the first time today. Damn they are so nice. It doesn’t have a screw down crown which is fine but wears really nice. Finishing is pretty good also.
Gorgeous
Tim how do you talk so fast with heaps of fluid flowing information and yet sound so eloquent at the same time?? It truly is a gift in your videos – your voice is a machine! Very informative video mate – love the content!
it s good to see highlights on real (100%) manufacture watch with such level of finishing and mechanical performances for such range offre price. zenith chronomaster 1969 are Just the Best if we consider: modern look, finishing, mouvement, history and reputation.
Hey Tim fantastic review as always. Also loved your in depth sit down with Mike comparing the El Primero’s movement to its competitors. I am in the market for a chronograph and while the El Primero tops my list of candidates, as a value proposition I am also considering the Seiko SDGZ013 50th Anniversary (JDM Only). Have you had the chance to look into this Seiko? How would you compare the two? Would appreciate your thoughts.
Sorry Tim, I had an El Primero movement in my 1990 gold Ebel chrono and I had nothing but trouble with it. Maybe I got a lemon but it tainted me against them forever.
Tried to buy one from you, just missed it. Bought one recently and it is an unbelievably amazing timepiece!
One of the most beautiful chronos out there
vers Nice!
