It reminds me a little of the Roger Dubuis’ Monegasque Date in steel…..another bargain buy based on pedigree and Poincon De Geneva accreditation. You should do a review of this sometime Tim. Many RD’s are vulgar but the monegasque is class under a glass !!

WatchBox Studios says:

This, my friends, is what a bargain looks like. Geneva Hallmark execution with a manufacture caliber for around $10,000 pre-owned. And yes, I’d take this for $1,700 U.S. less than the FiftySix’s entry-level model without the Poincon.
Best,
Tim

The deco case sells it for me, just incredibly gorgeous.

The real question is: if you want a VC pre-owned, do you go with this or, for much the same money, the 2nd gen overseas chrono? One has an in-house, geneva seal movement, the other has a great but not in-house frederique piguet movement. One is avante-garde, the other is classically beautiful. It’s a tough choice!

Shawn Chinnery says:

Just stunning……ty Tim
