One of the questions we are most often asked is “what’s the best shop for watch lovers in NYC?” It’s a tough one to answer, but surely at the top of the list would have to be the Vacheron Constantin boutique at the southeast corner of 64th and Madison. Why? Not only is it the manufacture’s first factory owned boutique in North America, but in fact, the reasons run deeper than that. It’s nice that they still make things like that. For instance in synthesizer market, all the great models were discontinued in favor of PC. That would be an analogy of discontinuing a watch become one has cell phone. I like to have many companies around. And nice to see some people have appreciation for them. Just yesterday, I showed to this guy my new Seiko. He showed me a VC. Yes, you can tell a person by the watch.
Still dreaming about those beautiful time pieces.
Nice……overseas fan!
Very cool VC Boutique

VC is such a cool brand.
start price point for a vintage VC timepiece? no complications, or chronograph..
Those chimes on the minute repeater…. it’s the only watch with a purer tone than a Patek Philippe. That Maltese cross tourbillion is also amazingly elegant…… oh, if I had the money……
as an Egyptian I was really interested to know they have on exhibition the King Farouk which was apparently one of the most complicated pocket watches of the time. His dad, King Fouad, also had a complicated pocket watch from Vacheron Constantin.
