A review of the Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 Automatic wristwatch. My youngest son, Nick, is the one dancing at the beginning of this episode. He’s pretty cool.

do you recommend authenticwatches.com or jomashop?
Ive seen some good reviews, but ive also seen some trash-grade reviews
Cool review. Please can you tell me the name of the Joakim Karud tune. Love it!
nice job, thanks!
I have this watch and I don’t understand why it winds counter clockwise with the crown screwed in.
Well I ended up buying both the war211a and war211c aka the black and anthracite dial. The ad did 20 percent off. was kinda upset they would not do more since 2 were purchased however there is only 1 ad in my state. They did cover the overnight shipping though. Will have it on Friday.
I’m not the biggest Tag Heuer fan, but these Carreras really are sharp, wouldn’t mind wearing one as an every day, casual watch. I have much much cheaper stuff (really cheap like Casio/Timex) for my dirty work and fishing watches.
Under 1500 isnt too bad, but over 1500ish to about 3000 ish I’d just buy a used Grand Seiko or Datejust instead.
Since you don’t show it on your wrist, does 39 mm looks good for a man’s wrist? My collections tend to have 41 mm and up so i couldn’t imagine it. But I really like the design of this carrera. Simple yet elegant.
it’s dropped in price for sure. I purchased one 2 years ago and couldn’t find anyone selling it for under $2,700
Do you know how to spot the fake Jeff Gordon limited edition watches
I’ve gone through several high end watches, but have never bothered buying new. I highly recommend buying used for even better discounts if you’re comfortable living with some additional wear.
For that price they could have at least decorated the rotor. Dont understand the meaning of a display case back when it looks like that…
Great video, I have added it to my blog – http://tagheuerenthusiast.blogspot.co.uk/
Is the crown screw down?
isn’t there a 41 mm carrera calibre 5 day date ?
A Tag Heuer, no screw down crown and a Sellita movement… and that for about € 1800,00 ….. just wowww
Hi lovely, review. Can you confirm whether the bracelet is gold or rose gold?
