Jon Marklar says:

Are you sure the movement is made by ETA (albeit exclusively for Omega)? I know they’re both owned by the same company, but I thought Omega made all their movements in their new factory (but might use some parts from ETA). It’s hard to find an authoritative answer to this question, but you’ve stated this view more than once, so just wondering how certain you are.

WatchBox Reviews says:

Steel, tungsten, impressively engineered, and highly wearable; this is the most underrated Omega watch of the moment.

Very nice work as always Tim… I like Omega (& I like this watch) but I also like Rolex. I understand the spacing or the distance between the fluting (?) is finer compared to the Rolex fluted bezel and that some Omega watches used to have similar bezels in the early days, I just feel that the fluted bezel look is very much a Rolex look these days. Cheers

Nice… but not as nice as the 1950s piepan arrowhead hour marks cal 2852 no date with dauphine hands…

Love everything about this watch. And I especially love the caseback, the way it’s screwed in, and the fixed observatory in centre. So cool.

This looks incredible.

Classics time piece……

HachiZenki says:

Awful serrations. Also, no screw down crown? Not great.
