Just (IV) Fun: Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon 3 180th Jubilee

For those who love them, this is the tenth installment of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Hybris Mechanica series. It was released in 2013 at SIHH to celebrate 180 years of the manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre, and only 75 were created to mark the occasion.

That Gyrotourbillon is beautiful but let be honest it’s done purely to be beautiful. If you want higher timing accuracy you’d buy a spring drive… I could watch it move all day but i would call it an advancement in engineering and aesthetics but not an advancement in Horology..
